There's a local place Jake and i like to go on date night sometimes that has the most YUMMY pasta dish they call "Adult Mac n' Cheese" i assume their use of brie is what makes it quailify as "adult." While I didn't use brie in mine i did get it "pretty damn close" as my husband would say haha!
Here's what i did :
Cook up your chicken & set it aside for now

• Chop up and sautée your zuchinni & yellow sqaush, i added in a healthy dollop of butter and minced garlic (YUM) set aside.
• Do the same with your mushrooms and let them really get juicy and drenched in garlicy/buttery goodness.
At this point my pan seemed as though it was shrinking and had to upgrade to a larger size haha!
Combine the chicken, veggies & mushrooms in the larger pot/skillet thing turn on a low heat to get everything to the same temperature again.

Get all the yummies mingling then add in your alfredo sauce, cheese (any melty kind works) i used the mexican 5 cheese & parmasan add a little milk to smooth it out and all the while be stirring marrying the chick, veg, & shrooms
• In another pot have your water boiling & use whatever noodles you want, the restaurant serves it with penne but this veggie tri color rotini was on sale so thats what i went with!
Once your noodles are done, drain your water & add it to your saucy goodness! Stirr it up so everything is evenly coated in the alfredo blanket and serve & ENJOY!
Makes we think like 4 servings? It kinda depends on how much of all your ingredients you use :)
also, it's FABULOUS reheated as leftovers & is 100% Husband approved 👍🏻
